With the start of the 2008 CORR season is just around the corner Bully Dog Technologies is proud to announce their 2008 team. The company entered CORR last year as a series sponsor, half way through the season they stepped up big supporting Casey Currie in the Pro Lite class. “2007 was a learning year for us, we got our feet wet and felt our way around. This year we are coming in and charging hard, our drivers have a solid chance at the championship in each class” stated Mike DeFord, marketing manager at Bully Dog.
Bully Dog has a driver in each of the truck classes this year. In Pro Lite they remain with Casey Currie who finished 2nd. in the championship last year. New for 2008, Casey will now be driving a racing a Ford with a new powerplant. Also in the Pro-Lite class, Bully Dog will be backing Chuck Dempsey, the desert racing legend, who will make his first short course start in Pomona.
In Pro-2 Bully Dog has two team members, Greg Adler piloting the 4 Wheel Parts F150 powered by Bully Dog and Jeremy McGrath, supercross legend, also racing an F150. In recent years Greg has gotten very fast and competitive. The team has been preparing a new truck all winter, a truck that in testing has been very fast. Jeremy raced a couple of times in 2007, he loves off road racing and showed that he could run at the top. Both drivers are very driven and each has a chance at the championship this year.
Last year Bully Dog supported Josh and the Baldwin team at a select few CORR races to test the waters for their 2008 program. Those tests paid off and they are now stepping up by supporting Josh in his Pro 4 all season. By the end of 2007 the team had the new truck dialed in running at the front. That momentum has carried over into the new year and he will be battling for the top spot at every race.
“We have a diverse group of drivers, the one thing they all have in common is the desire to win with a take no prisoner type of attitude like we have at Bully Dog. Each brings their own unique element, our goal is to be on the podium each and every race weekend.” Added DeFord.
