OFF ROAD LIVE RACE TRACKING (Saturday)
LIVE! Off-Road Racing WEBCAST This weekend. Races begin at 6:15 a.m., 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., LIVE! Here on OFF-ROAD LIVE (Off-Road1.com) The races, located just 35 minutes south of Henderson. Spectator admission is Free!
Henderson’s annual off-road race will, once again, return to the Jean Dry Lake Valley. The 60-mile course will feature two pit areas, as well as the two spectator areas and start/finish line located in Jean.
Race festivities will take place in Henderson, beginning Thursday, December 2 with a welcome party at the Fiesta Henderson Hotel & Casino. Additionally, fans are invited to participate in the Off-Road Expo on Friday, December 3 in the Water Street District, between Basic Road and Atlantic Avenue, from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. The expo will feature hundreds of off-road vehicles displayed for technical and contingency inspections, driver meet and greets, music, food and merchandise vendors.
Following Saturday’s race will be an awards ceremony, Sunday, December 5 at 9 a.m. at the Henderson Convention Center, 200 S. Water Street, in the Water Street District. All race festivities held in Henderson are complimentary.
The 2010 TransWest Ford Henderson “250”, the final race of the season for the Best in the Desert Racing series, will be televised on FOX Sports, Thursday, January 6, 2011.
