"DPR Transition Project" Open House at City of San Diego Council Chamber Thursday, August 25 State of California to steal Boating and Waterways resources


NOTICE OF OPEN HOUSE California Department of Parks and Recreation
 
The public is invited to an open house to learn about an effort to review the organization structure of the California Department of Parks and Recreation (Department) – the Organizational Structure Opportunities Project (Project). Through this Project, the Department seeks to identify opportunities to elevate and strengthen all of its programs, including the Division of Boating and Waterways (DBW).

The open house will provide a forum for the public to learn about the Project from the Department, and for the Department to hear from stakeholders. Members of the California Boating and Waterways Commission have been invited to attend; the commissioners will not be taking any action on any matters at this open house.

The State of California Parks and Recreation are planning to the Off Highway Vehicle Program and Boating and Waterways.
